Foreign Key: A foreign key is a database constraint that establishes a link between two tables in a relational database. It defines a relationship between the data in one table (the child table).and the data in another table (the parent table) by referencing a unique key or primary key column in the parent table. The purpose of a foreign key is to enforce referential integrity, which ensures that the data in the child table remains consistent with the data in the parent table, i.e., users do not delete or change the related data.
