(a) Prabhat’s attitude towards winning and losing affected his enjoyment of games because he was focused only gaming the game and avoiding defeat. This prevented him from experiencing the enjoyment of playing the game.
(b) Prabhat cheated in the beginning to win the badminton match against Surya because he was afraid of losing the game and wanted to maintain his winning streak and feel good about himself.
(c) Surya’s attitude was different from that of Prabhat because Suiya enjoyed playing game regardless of winning or losing. He always focused on having fun and doing his best.
(d) No. Prabhat’s approach to games was not healthy. It did not show sportsmanship. It solely focused on winning by hook or crook. For this he was even involved in cheating.
(e) Sporting spirit is important because it promotes fairness, respect for others and enjoyment of the game. It helps players develop a positive attitude towards life, build character and enjoy the experience of playing rather than just focusing on winning the game.
