**Using remainder theorem, find the remainder when :**

**Question 1.**

**(x ^{3} – 6x^{2} + 9x + 3) is divided by (x – 1)**

**Solution:**

f(x) = (x

^{3}– 6x

^{2}+ 9x + 3)

Let x-1 = 0, then x = 1

**Question 2.**

**(2x ^{3} – 5x^{2} + 9x – 8) is divided by (x -3)**

**Solution:**

f(x) = 2x

^{3}– 5x

^{2}+ 9x – 8)

Let x-3 = 0, then x = 3

**(3x ^{4} – 6x^{2} – 8x + 2) is divided by (x – 2)**

**Solution:**

f(x) = (3x
